Hans tidigare erfarenheter innefattar en rad ledande positioner inom programvaruindustrin, såsom CEO på OP 5 AB, CEO på Boss Media AB, EVP på Intentia International AB och CEO på Intentia R&D AB. Johan Berg kommer påbörja sin anställning inom IBS den 1 februari 2011.
