Graphical PlanningIBS PlannerView is a powerful graphical pc-client with an customizable user interface that handles server-based information, typically in ERP systems, or from the web. The information is handled by the client in different panels and procedure components that utilize script files that describes the content and behavior of each panel or procedure. The panels are used to view data and the procedures are used to modify data. More than 700 script files built against IBS Enterprise software are available. It is easy to incorporate data from any ODBC-compliant database as well. A planning situation demands well-prepared, online information from different parts of the application shown in multiple panels with synchronized content. IBS PlannerView handles the content with different panel components such as calendar views, GANTT scheduler views, chart views, pivot tables, Node views, Process maps, web browsers and so on. The content can also be retrieved from multiple companies, either on the same or on different servers. The content can be presented in separate panels or in one aggregated view. The script files are grouped together in different role setups, each covering a certain area in the IBS ERP system.
