2007-12-21 IBS has signed a software license agreement with the Swedish food distributor Servera in the amount of SEK 5 m regarding IBS Enterprise 6. The agreement includes a planned upgrade and expansion of Servera´s business system with the purpose of creating a new platform for increased efficiency and competitive edge. The license agreement will be followed by a service agreement, expected to be signed in February 2008, with an estimated value of SEK 40 m over 5 years. Read more »Dairy Fruit chooses IBS Enterprise
2006-05-08 IBS has signed an agreement with the Danish food company, Dairy Fruit, a subsidiary in the Arla Foods Group. The contract means that Dairy Fruit will implement IBS Enterprise, including an industry-specific Food module. The order value amounts to about SEK 6 m and includes software, professional services, hardware and support.
