The contract means that Casa das Lampadas will implement IBS Enterprise software with industry-specific functionality in order to optimize its supply chain. Founded in 1941, Casa das Lâmpadas is the leading distributor of electric products and appliances for domestic and industrial usage. The company has four offices in Portugal, about 80 suppliers and more than 30 000 different products offered to its clients. The decision to choose IBS as a supplier was based on the need for a true industry solution that could support the continued development of Casa das Lâmpadas business and operations. The IBS solution will cover functionality for management of CRM, purchasing, distribution, returns, financials and business analysis for a total of 80 users.
