At this meeting, the Board of Directors will address the matter of the appointment of a new Chairman of the Board.

2007-10-11 IBS has signed an agreement with the Portugese publishing house Texto Editores to install IBS´ specialized software for the publishing industry, IBS Bookmaster. IBS will deliver software, services and hardware with a total order value of approximately 720 000 euros.

2007-10-08 IBS has signed an agreement with the do-it-yourself chain Hubo in Belgium regarding a new software solution, including software, services and hardware, to be used by the head office and all ninety stores. The total contract value is approximately SEK 19 m of which the value for IBS amounts to SEK 13 m.

Report from the IBS AB Annual General Meeting on May 9, 2007
2007-05-09 The Annual General Meeting of IBS shareholders held on May 9 discharged the Members of the Board and the President from personal liability for the 2006 fiscal year. Members of the Board Lars Nyberg and Johan Björklund were re-elected. The Meeting also resolved to newly elect Vinit Bodas, Jan Jacobsen, Gunnel Duveblad and Dr. Pallab Chatterjee as Members of the Board. Lars Nyberg was re-elected Chairman of the Board.
