Sales Executive – Warehouse Management

Job Description

An amazing opportunity available for an energetic Sales Executive to drive our Best of Breed Warehouse Management System (WMS), sales delivery activities across a number of industry sectors.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties

  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities with the support of a lead generation team
  • Increase the solution pipeline via opportunity identification and client management
  • Provide value as a business resource to IBS prospects and customers in the WMS space
  • Work with, and at, a senior management level to design, document, and sell major WMS projects that address business requirements
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of our customer’s business, commercial issues and contribute key insights to ensure successful outcomes for our customers
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial arrangements with new logo accounts
  • Build customer centric business scenarios to depict business problems by promoting the value proposition of the WMS solution
  • Accountable for managing the sales cycle, sales forecast, and account plan development

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Ability to demonstrate a strong “hunter” mentality with a desire to exceed goals and OTE
  • Experience in selling WMS or related solutions to medium and large enterprises
  • Experience preferred in working with Salesforce.com or other similar CRM systems
  • A natural ability to negotiate with senior prospect management with the view to gaining customer commitments
  • Ability to display exceptional interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills at all organizational levels
  • A strong business acumen
  • Proven capability to build strong relationships with customers, partners and management
  • Experience with the .NET environment would be advantageous
