Account Manager

Location: Belgium, with offices in Zaventem and Sint-Martens-Latem

ACCOUNT MANAGERS

Key tasks

  • Become a trusted advisor that has visibility into assigned accounts, learns the key issues and challenges faced, and identifies opportunities as how Iptor can address these challenges
  • Ensure Iptor meets the high expectations of its customers by establishing a strong relationship with key executive stakeholders of named accounts
  • Work with customers to develop/monitor where Iptor hardware, technical services and Cloud solutions can be deployed.
  • Work with customers to develop/monitor KPI’s around Iptor’s performance, the value delivered and overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities from assigned accounts
  • Prepare and facilitate annual business reviews for named accounts
  • Keep accounts up-to-date on Iptor related news
  • Coordinate reference calls and marketing related initiatives, e.g. case study development, video testimonials, and speaking opportunities)
  • Meet and/or exceed sales revenue/margin quota

Requirements

  • 5+ years client relationship management experience
  • 3+ years of Sales or Account Management experience
  • 3+ years’ working experience in one or more following technology areas: IBM I, P and/or X series servers, Data Networking, SAN solutions, RISC and/or X86 architecture
  • 1+ years’ experience in selling maintenance services, technical services and Cloud solutions
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and rally internal resources to serve the needs of the customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, both within department and cross-functionallyLanguages: Dutch, French, English. Any other language is an asset.
