Customer Relationship Manager/Analyst (m/f)
Key Tasks
Working closely with the VP Field Operations the role holder will be the main Company resource responsible for the management, development and effective use of the CRM tool.
Specifically to :
- Be the resident expert on the CRM tool, its capabilities and complimentary 3rd party tools
- Identify and communicate best practice CRM use
- Seek to improve the performance of CRM activity through identification of customisation, enhancement and other operational / process change
- Ensure end users understand their responsibilities relating to the use of the CRM and that they are complying with Company policy regarding data quality / accuracy and inputting frequency
- Mine, analyse and report on CRM data in order to provide regular business intelligence and responses to ad hoc queries
- Devise, develop and maintain an accurate and timely reporting schedule – including identification of relevant, business driven KPI’s
- Liaise with the CRM third party provider on issues ranging from general support to system enhancement
- Promote the use of the CRM across the business
- Provide appropriate training and instruction to employees at all levels on how to effectively operate the Company CRM system
- Work with the Revenue and Compensation teams, to extract, analyse and report on sales revenue data for commission calculation purposes
- Provide expert level support to the CRM community
Requirements
- High performing, high potential graduate in an IT, mathematics or Business related discipline
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident in dealing with people from all levels and disciplines
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including confidence to deliver presentations and training sessions
- English mother tongue, Swedish desirable
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and take responsibility for tasks.
- Excellent excel skills
- Ability to understand business issues and translate into CRM data requirements and reports
- Self-starter, motivated and curious
- Ability to work un supervised
