With links to the supply chain system, the Dealer Connect Portal has been designed to deliver substantial savings in communication costs and vehicle, warranty, and spare parts inventory.
It enables users to access information, enter orders, access stock and pricing details without the need to contact the distributor. All functions are in real time to ensure data accuracy.
The Dealer Connect functions ensure all business logic is identical for the Distributor, thereby reducing development complexity and errors. Naturally, users are restricted as to what they can see or do on the system. However, most of these restrictions are configurable to ensure that best practice business process is implemented and easy altered as required.
