Authorized Miele Direct Seller (AMDS) was launched to the public in 2011. The main goals of the AMDS program are to simplify the transaction process, compete with internet sales, and increase profitability and efficiency to allow the direct seller to focus on what they do best: selling. Miele direct sellers further enhance their cash flow and profitability because the program eliminates their need to carry inventory – Miele warehouses, delivers, and installs the appliances. And because everything is tracked online, direct sellers have access to transaction information in order to follow up with customers post-installation and can also track sales goals and commissions.
