Doug Braun, CEO
Doug Braun joined IBS as Chief Executive Officer in May of 2012. Prior to IBS, he held various top management roles in global product strategy and development, product management, hosting and support at RedPrairie, including forming RedPrairie’s first SaaS supply chain offering. Doug served on RedPrairie's operating committee and led operations in the Americas and EMEA. He holds Master of International Business and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Scott Brown, EVP Global Cloud and Customer Support Services
Scott Brown joined IBS as Executive Vice President of Cloud and Customer Support Services in June of 2012. Prior to IBS, he served as Vice President of Global Operations for Macromatrix and Vice President of Global Hosting Services for RedPrairie. He also held leadership positions at Home Discovery, Radiant Systems and Hanco Systems. Scott received his Bachelors of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences at National Louis University.
Tim Conroy, General Manager of Americas
Tim Conroy joined IBS as General Manager of the Americas in May 2013. Prior to IBS, he served as Chief Executive Officer for Intrepa (Manhattan Associates) and Chief Operating Officer at FiveCubits. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Cardinal Stritch University.
Laura Fese, General Counsel
Laura Fese joined IBS as General Counsel in May 2013. Prior to IBS, she served as Executive Vice President/Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of RedPrairie Corporation (now JDA Software Group). Laura has also provided legal representation in the technology field at Catalyst International, Inc. and for the Cook County, Illinois State’s Attorney. Laura holds a Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois and Bachelor of Arts from Illinois State University.
Paul Nobbs, General Manager APAC
Paul Nobbs is General Manager of APAC. He joined IBS as VP of Sales for APAC in February 2012. Paul started his career in Engineering, and since 1988 has followed his passion in IT holding consulting, sales and leadership positions for Engineering, ERP and Supply Chain organizations including GEAC, i2 Technologies and SAP. Paul also spent 4 years operating his own import / distribution business in the automotive sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Engineering from Coventry University, UK and is a Certified Practitioner of Inventory Management.
Mohit Paul, VP EMEA Sales
Mohit Paul joined IBS as Vice President of Sales in March 2013 responsible for the EMEA region. Prior to IBS, he held sales leadership positions at Infor, JDA, SAP and Aldata with a focus on enterprise and supply chain management solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Business Systems from the University of Leeds.
Anders Tang Christensen, CFO
Anders Tang Christensen, IBS Chief Financial Officer, joined the company in 2014 after serving as CFO for Wallstreet Systems the year prior and CFO for IT2 Treasury Solutions Ltd. since December 2007. His history in the software industry goes back to 1998, including CFO and management positions with Digiquant, ALTA and Red Prairie. Before that, he worked for Bastionen, an international property investment company, and KPMG, as an auditor, starting in 1984. Anders received his Masters degree in Management Accounting, Accounting, Tax, Audit and Business Law, as well as a Bachelors degree, from Copenhagen Business School. He is also trained in Scrum Agile Product Development and Lean Management.
Hiten Varia, Chairman APAC
Hiten Varia is Chairman of APAC at IBS. Prior to IBS, he spent 17 years in executive leadership at i2 Technologies, now JDA, in leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Global Customer Operations and Chief Customer Officer, Executive Vice President of the Greater Asia Pacific Region, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Delivery and Vice President of Worldwide Development. He also held management roles at EDS and Sylvex Cable and was Chairman and Founder of m9 Technology Solutions. Hiten has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering degree, specializing in Computer Architecture and Software Design, from University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Baroda, India.
Mike Verdeyen, CTO
Mike Verdeyen has been Chief Technology Officer for IBS since 2012. Prior to IBS, Mike spent 14 years at RedPrairie (now JDA software group) in a variety of technology leadership roles in the supply chain and retail product space. Previously, Mike contributed in a number of roles at McHugh Software, Software Architects Incorporated, Computer People Unlimited and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Arvid Carlsen, geboren 1956, ist seit 2011 Aufsichtsratsmitglied bei IBS. Er hat einen Abschluss als Master of Bachelor von Thunderbird in den USA. Carlsen war bereits Executive Vice President bei ABT/SBT Exenel Industries in Saudi-Arabien , Unternehmensberater bei Nordic Management , Gründungsmitglied von Enskilda Strategy, Managing Director und Head of Corporate Finance bei Enskilda Securities sowie Managing Director und Chairman bei Access Partners.
JT Treadwell, geboren in 1974, ist seit 2001 Aufsichtsratsmitglied bei IBS. Er hat einen doppelten Bachelor-Abschluss in Ethics, Politics und Economic History der Yale Universität. Treadwell war Berater bei der Boston Consulting Group, Teilhaber bei Bessemer Venture Partners und Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning bei Qiva. Zurzeit ist er Managing Director bei der Symphony Technology Group, wo er seit 2003 beschäftigt ist.

Ulf Eriksson, geboren in 1952, ist seit 2010 Aufsichtsratsmitglied bei IBS. Er hat einen Abschluss als Master of Science des Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm und verfügt über 25 Jahre Erfahrung durch seine Zugehörigkeit bei Industri-Matematik International (IMI). Eriksson ist Senior Project Manager bei IBS PS Nordics.
Bertrand Sciard has been a Board Member of IBS since 2012. He was CEO of Aldata from 2007-2011 and CEO of Intentia AB from 2004 to 2006. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of GEAC Computer Corporation Limited in charge of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia and Australia/New Zealand region. He also worked as Managing Director of Europe JBA and President and CEO of Presys. Bertrand also held various leadership roles at IBM Corporation.
