Steven Hargreaves serves as interim CEO at IBS and is a Marlin Equity Partners Operating President. He has worked as a strategic and operational advisor to Marlin portfolio companies since 2006, initially at Solarsoft Business Systems, a global ERP business acquired by Epicor in 2012. Steven also serves on the Board of Asset Control, a Marlin investment in financial services technology.
Steven began his career at Accenture in London. He later joined Bankers Trust Co. in New York where as Director of Internet Services he led the bank‘s pioneering deployment of online customer services. Steven has a Master’s Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford, England.
Graham Newland, IBS’ first-ever Chief Customer Officer, joined IBS in 2016 after serving in several other senior operational roles at companies like Manugistics, i2 Technologies, and Oracle. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Global Supply Chain Director for a number of respected global brands including Liberty (fashion, apparel and homeware) – where he ran operations globally; increasing gross margins significantly, improving quality, reducing lead times and improving customer service – whilst in parallel developing and managing supply chains globally. With over 35 years as a supply chain professional, Graham’s focus has been on distribution-intensive, process-based industries, including retail, wholesale, 3PL, oil and gas, chemical and consumer product companies. Recognized as a trusted supply chain expert, he regularly guest lectures at Oxford University’s continuing education programs designed for full-time business and supply chain professionals.
Anders Tang Christensen, IBS Chief Financial Officer, joined the company in 2014 after serving as CFO for Wallstreet Systems the year prior and CFO for IT2 Treasury Solutions Ltd. since December 2007. His history in the software industry goes back to 1998, including CFO and management positions with Digiquant, ALTA and Red Prairie. Before that, he worked for Bastionen, an international property investment company, and KPMG, as an auditor, starting in 1984. Anders received his Masters degree in Management Accounting, Accounting, Tax, Audit and Business Law, as well as a Bachelors degree, from Copenhagen Business School. He is also trained in Scrum Agile Product Development and Lean Management.
SVP Product Management
Bill Tomasi, Senior Vice President of Product Management, joined IBS in January of 2013 after holding senior level positions in Professional Services, Product Development, Sales, and Product Management for several industry leading supply chain software solutions providers including McHugh Software International (now JDA), Manhattan Associates, SSA Global, Accellos (now HighJump) and Infor. Bill has gained valuable supply chain knowledge over the past 30 years and is a recognized industry thought leader. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Laura Fese joined IBS as General Counsel in May 2013. Prior to IBS, she served as Executive Vice President/Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of RedPrairie Corporation (now JDA Software Group). Laura has also provided legal representation in the technology field at Catalyst International, Inc. and for the Cook County, Illinois State’s Attorney. Laura holds a Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois and Bachelor of Arts from Illinois State University.
General Manager of APAC
Paul Nobbs is General Manager of APAC. He joined IBS as VP of Sales for APAC in February 2012. Paul started his career in Engineering, and since 1988 has followed his passion in IT holding consulting, sales and leadership positions for Engineering, ERP and Supply Chain organizations including GEAC, i2 Technologies and SAP. Paul also spent 4 years operating his own import / distribution business in the automotive sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Engineering from Coventry University, UK and is a Certified Practitioner of Inventory Management.
SVP EMEA Sales
Mohit Paul joined IBS as Vice President of Sales in March 2013 responsible for the EMEA region. Prior to IBS, he held sales leadership positions at Infor, JDA, SAP and Aldata with a focus on enterprise and supply chain management solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Business Systems from the University of Leeds.
Sharon Plested joined IBS as Senior Vice President EMEA Professional Services in June 2015. Prior to IBS, she served as Vice President Distribution of RedPrairie Corporation (now JDA Software Group). Sharon also was responsible for the Consulting Services Group for EMEA and APAC, as well as many leadership roles within the business providing a clear direction on structure and delivery of Professional Services.
Renee Truttmann joined IBS as Chief Marketing Officer in April 2015. She brings 20-years of supply chain technology marketing experience for companies including RedPrairie Corporation (now JDA Software Group), Catalyst International, eSync, MAM Software and APS Technology Group. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
