Digital Marketing Coordinator (Solna, Sweden)

General:

Working in a global and dynamic Marketing team, a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Iptor supports and coordinates demand generation campaigns for cloud solutions & services in a strong and loyal customer base.

Besides a strong focus on the Nordics, the role will also coordinate marketing programs in the rest of Europe, the US and APAC – working closely with the regional revenue and field marketing teams.

The role will directly report into the CMO of Iptor globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Play an important role in Iptor’s installed base marketing activities in Europe as well as in umbrella campaign creation for dedicated New Business focus markets globally
  • Coordinate digital campaigns: manage segmentation, campaign creation using marketing automation tools, development lead nurturing campaigns
  • Track, monitor, follow-up and report timely KPI achievements of demand generation programs
  • Plan and execute together with other global marketing teams creation of compelling digital activities and assets such as email, social media, digital advertising, digital campaign, etc
  • Create strategies to drive online traffic to campaign websites in order to maximize demand generation and brand awareness
  • Contribute strongly to Iptor’s social media presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, blogs, etc. through content placement and social amplification
  • Transform PR assets and activities into social content elements that help online traffic generation
  • Support planning, execution, performance measurement, tests and optimization for landing pages
  • Support co-marketing campaigns with 3rd party solution partners in the Iptor cloud environment
  • Coordinate digital campaign creation with external marketing agencies
  • Help manage field marketing projects with 3rd party vendors from initial design and requirements gathering through to delivery
  • Support Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Product Management to plan and monitor KPIs to manage effectiveness of various demand generation activities

Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing or lead generation role preferably with a digital focus
  • Ability to drive a process, track performance, communicate status, and gain agreement from constituents
  • Experience in use of social and digital marketing tools and channels
  • General knowledge of lead nurturing methodology

Technical:

  • Proficient in the MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce.com)
  • As a plus, experience with marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo)

Arbetsbeskrivning

Som konsult tekniker ansvarar du för framtagning av tekniska lösningar samt implementering av densamma antingen hos kund eller i IPTOR’s Cloud miljö. När du inte är ute hos kund jobbar du från kontoret i Linköping (Mjärdevi). Du ska bland annat:

– Upprätthålla den tekniska kunskapen inom utpekade områden.
– Hjälpa kollegor i projekt där din expertis behövs.
– Bredda de personliga tekniska färdigheterna inom ramen för företagets verksamhet.
– Delta i pre-sale aktiviteter med tekniska lösningsförslag.
– Implementera tekniska infrastruktur lösningar.
– Skapa och upprätthålla teknisk dokumentation.
– Arbeta med slutanvändare under implementations projekt och problem lösning.
– Delta och vid behov leda tekniska projekt.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet

Vi tror att du har ca fem års erfarenhet (eller mer) av att ha arbetat som infrastruktur konsult.

Meriterande erfarenhet

Services Sales & Consulting Manager (USA)

Job Summary

The Services Sales and Consulting Manager is an executive level sponsor who directs activities on behalf of Iptor to ensure customer satisfaction is high. The Services Sales & Consulting Manager provides Scoping, Bidding, Sales, and Management for project resources planning, utilization and execution across multiple projects at one time. Responsible for multiple software professions, including revenue and margin targets as set periodically by the company.  This role will focus solely on the Infor LX (BPCS) product.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

The responsibilities of Services Sales & Consulting Manager are described below.

  • Analyzes financial results for multiple projects including budget, revenue projections, profitability, margin contribution, billable rates, resource utilization, realization, and projected profitability.
  • Ensure customer receives value
    • Provide long term contact and business planning beyond tactical project plan
    • Understand customer’s business, goals, and philosophy
    • Guide customer executive steering committee in risk management and mitigation
  • Develops new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Network, Search job Boards, and uncover new BPCS opportunities.
  • As a certified Infor Partner, you will be the main point of contact for the alliance, uncover leads, attend Inforum, and help drive additional opportunities.
  • Responsible for professional development, performance evaluation, mentoring, and quality measurement.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing work unit budgets including margin targets.
  • Plan and coordinate technical resource staffing for project teams
  • Build and secure strong relationships with your assigned customers to drive profitable PS revenues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent, preferably with a computer science concentration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Must have Infor LX (BPCS) experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in software solutions and life cycle within the supply chain industry.
  • Ability to play leadership role in implementing or managing supply chain systems
  • Minimum of 7 years knowledge of automated warehouse, distribution, labor or transportation systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in demonstrating maturity in “people” skills with a strong ability to communicate in written and verbal form including skill to patiently and fluently express ideas, concepts, and reasoning.
  • Ability to conduct formal and informal presentations in both small and large-group settings.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in demonstrating management skills with proficiency in planning and organizing complex work including teamwork and task leadership.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Work Environments / Physical Demands

  • General office environment.
  • Typical PC usage, such as typing and mouse manipulation, averages between six to eight hours per day.
    Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, annually.
