IT Architect - Network & Security Senior Engineer (Solna, Sweden)

General:

As a member of the Global IT Support (GIT), your focus is to provide highest level of Security and Network support for IBS. The post holder is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Datacenter Infrastructure and general maintenance of all Network/Security related Hardware/Software.  The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-relates projects and activities.

A primary point of contact for Network related queries, you are responsible for resolving all the network and security related issues and providing advice and assistance to internal IBS employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Responsibilities:

  • A successful candidate will be an expert in network and security domain, possessing 10 years of proven experience.

Technical Support Specialist (NSW, Australia)

General:

As Technical Support Specialist within Global IT at IBS the main responsibilities are installing, supporting, and maintaining end user computer systems and helping end users to use IT related services and infrastructure. Supporting and assisting IBS end users on IT hardware and software systems and helping to solve user reported problems either by using own knowledge or working with members of Global IT to find solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and support of IBS laptop computers and other IT hardware.
  • Repair and replacement of faulty IT hardware using vendor warranty or support when available.
  • Support and assistance with Windows operating system and computer software.
  • Working on help desk support tickets and solving incoming user’s requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to users both in person and to users that are remote.

Marketing Executive (UK)

General:

As Marketing Executive at IBS you are responsible for helping create demand generation programs that drive revenue through the creation of quality leads for the sales funnel. As part of the global marketing team, your focus is on EMEA (specifically Nordics, Benelux and UK) and you will be reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA.

The position will be filled in either Denmark, Sweden or UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing programs that generate leads to meet business unit requirements

Job Description:

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a Global company supporting networks and security technologies for offices and employees that work around the globe? IBS is currently seeking to add an experienced network and security administrator to help support the companies networking operations worldwide. This is a unique chance to work with a global corporate network and implement new technologies to help support the existing IT infrastructure. This job would include supporting and implementing network connectivity, security, monitoring and virtual connections to support the business operations.

  • Install and support all internal LANs and WANs globally.
  • Design and deploy new networks, VPNs, and wireless access points as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and support network firewalls and security globally.
  • Provide support for internal user VPN and interoffice VPN connections.
  • Troubleshoot and support business to business secure VPN tunnels between internal company and customer networks.
  • Install and support WAPs and wireless connectivity for internal offices
  • Monitor networks to ensure proper performance and security.
  • Identify user and company networking needs and improvements.
  • Determine network and security requirements.

Senior Business Consultant WMS (UK)

Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Consultant WMS at IBS you contribute to a profitable PS organization by providing and delivering first class services and support, based on competence in the IBS warehouse products and the understanding of the customer business requirements, thereby adding value to our customers. You will assure quality in the work, and be responsible for all deliverables to the customer.

Furthermore, you will assure that the agreed standards and methods within the implementation life cycle handling are followed, and thereby act as a warehouse lead for a project or a customer account. You will support the Project Manager in planning all warehouse activities and help allocate resources. Technical Manager WMS (Belgium or the Netherlands)

Job Summary:

The Technical Manager WMS will provide technical leadership and management for the technical consultants in Professional Services EMEA within the area WMS Dynaman. This hands-on position requires broad engineering competence and in-depth technical knowledge of the IBS software development, user experience design and emerging technology evaluation, as well as demonstrated experience  for the technical aspects of our business solutions, both during the selling and implementation projects.

Furthermore, the Technical Manager will assure that the agreed standards and methods within the development life cycle handling are followed, and thereby act as a technical lead for team, project or a customer account. Together with the Project Manager he will plan all technical activities and help allocate resources.  All developers working within a project or an account will report to the Senior Technical Consultant assigned to the project.

In this position you would partner with Project Managers, Product Development and other internal resources.

When appointed to a sales project, the Technical Manager will work together with the sales team identifying risks and assuring the proposed solution will work from a technical perspective.

Other responsibilities include providing expertise in one or more specific technical areas, assisting team members in the technical engineering aspects of customer implementation, and mentoring and providing technical guidance for engineers.
