IBS Chairman acquires 200,000 A-sharesPress Release 2006-03-24 IBS Chairman of the Board, Lars Nyberg, has acquired 200,000 A-shares in IBS AB from IBS major shareholder, Catella Investments. After the purchase, Lars Nyberg´s holdings in IBS amount to 200,000 A-shares, which amount to 1.9 percent of voting rights and 0.3 percent of the share capital. Catella Investments´ holdings, after the sale, amount to 2,950,000 A-shares and 5,999,180 B-shares, which amount to 32.9 percent of voting rights and 11.2 percent of the share capital.
