IBS, International Business Systems, a leading provider of business software for supply chain management, has signed an agreement to deliver a customer service and invoicing system to Hobby Hall, the largest mail order and Internet shopping company in Finland and the Baltic area. The IBS software solution to be delivered is an extension of the Hobby Hall purchasing and warehousing system supplied by IBS in 2003. The project continues the important business partnership for both parties.
“IBS was chosen as the supplier, as their solution is the best fit for Hobby Hall’s mail order business”, says Administrative Manager Markku Niemi.
According to Sales Manager Vesa Airaksinen from IBS, the Hobby Hall delivery will enhance customer service quality by providing comprehensive and up-to-date information at different stages of the customer encounter. In addition, the new system gives Hobby Hall the possibility of making its operations more market-driven. The IBS solution provides real-time information about each campaign to support the company’s business.
