We employ a select few companies as Technology Partners. Our technology partners supply us with technology in areas where we are not experts. This allows us to focus on our strengths and to deliver complete supply chain solutions to our customers. You don't have to shop around for different components that make up a complex business system. On the delivery side, customers can choose to obtain a supply chain system directly from a local IBS subsidiary or via one of our Business Partners. Our Business Partners are equipped and trained with one or several of our supply chain solutions. They also have industry experience, dedicated support teams and are able to provide the often crucial local support customers require to run their SCM systems smoothly – and take advantage of the solution as their business evolves over time.
